The Future of Data and Housing Management will build upon our previous exploration of data ethics in building performance evaluation, shifting focus to the next phase of data and process integration within Housing Associations (HAs) and Local Authorities (LAs). This event will examine how the increasing adoption of data-driven strategies is set to transform housing management practices and impact key stakeholders such as developers, architects, and building performance professionals.
While the housing sector is generating valuable data through Building Performance Evaluation (BPE) in innovative pilot projects, this data often remains separate from the core business processes. The next challenge lies in integrating these processes —ranging from data from photovoltaic systems and heat pumps—into everyday operations like maintenance, asset management, and customer service. This transition could have significant benefits but also presents unique challenges. Join us as we delve into these issues with William Box, founder of Carnego Systems, and take advantage of the opportunity to engage directly with a leading expert during the Q&A session.
