The Bulding Performance Network (BPN), a programme of the Good Homes Alliance, is pleased to announce the development of two new online guidance modules, expanding its existing Building Performance Evaluation (BPE) training resources.
The two modules, Data Interpretation, Reporting and Taking Action and The Performance Golden Thread, are intended to help professionals in the building industry better understand and implement BPE techniques.
Overview of the New Modules
Module 4: Data Interpretation, Reporting and Taking Action focuses on collecting, analysing, and reporting BPE data to improve building performance. It elaborates on techniques covered in previous modules and addresses key performance metrics such as fabric performance, energy systems, and occupant behavior.
Module 5: The Performance Golden Thread addresses maintaining high-performance standards throughout a building’s lifecycle—from design to in-use stages. It emphasises quality assurance and communication between stakeholders to ensure performance targets are met.
