We are looking forward to talking about client-led building performance evaluation (BPE) programmes both for new build and retrofit on Monday, 4th July, from 3.30pm.
After a look at the policy outlook for BPE for new homes, Nigel Banks, R&D Director at ilke Homes will talk about BPE in the ilke Zero scheme. Sustainability consultant, Brogan Watkins from Hoare Lea will talk about how they helped Wales and West Housing with their BPE for new homes at Bryn Bragl.
In the second half, we will look at retrofit projects. Alison Skillen is joining us from BEIS and will talk about the Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund and the policy landscape. We will hear about EnergieSprong projects both from the technical point of view from Zack Gill and from the client, housing association vantage point, from Rebecca Hart.
