The Off-Site Homes Alliance (OSHA) currently consists of 22 Registered Housing Providers, (and other supporting partners) with a combined build programme of around 10,000 new homes each year, all working in a controlled and collaborative environment to deliver high quality affordable homes across the North, using 2d and 3d MMC/Offsite technologies. The OSHA programme has embarked on a journey of mass customisation, high quality homes, real performance monitoring and continuous improvement across all stakeholders.
