Purrmetrix are a Cambridge based SME aiming to develop BPE toolkits for housing and office managers who want portable, easy to use tools for diagnostic deployment. We are building on our established solution for collecting and analysing environmental data (widely used by FM and consulting engineering businesses) to add tools for analysing heat loss, condensation risk and ventilation rates.
Like most BPN members we think there are now exciting opportunities to use BPE to help our customers operate lower carbon, healthier and more productive buildings. We hope to be able to contribute to work to build the market through better standards, outlining the business case and lobbying.
