Veritherm are helping to drive down the performance gap by offering a 12-hour physical test that will reflect real world performance. A Veritherm test is carried out after completion of a new-build or refurbishment project but before it’s occupied and signed over to the owner. Their cloud-based platform connects to an array of sensors during an overnight test and produces insight into carbon emissions and fuel economy for the tested dwelling. It also enables fault finding, identifying potentially ‘leaky’ parts of the building.
